2/11/12 - David took Sarah over to the Nichols to help Tyler build a wall in his backyard. Afterward they all went to a Condors game. I enjoyed some quality time with my boy.
2/23/12 - I moved the toddler bed from Sarah's room to Lincoln's room. He'll be the next one to use it and it gave Sarah more room to play. Lincoln's room is a bit cluttered now, but the kids don't seem to mind.

2/25/12 - Sarah and I spent the morning thrifting/antiquing with my mom and grandma (aka Black Grandma and Pink Grandma). It was so fun to have some quality girl time with the 4 generations and I also happened upon these treasures, which I regretfully did not bring home.

3/14/12 - I came home one day and noticed a bird (pigeon?) by my front door. I ignored it for a bit thinking it would fly away, but it didn't. So I went out to take a closer look and saw a ring around its foot. David came home and caught him up on the bird and we decided to call our family bird expert, Oscar. He said to get the numbers off the band and check for them on several different internet databases. In order to see the numbers I had to pick up the bird. I was actually excited to hold him...I thought he was cute...although I still used rubber gloves...birds are gross. He wasn't registered anywhere online so we put him in a box for an hour or so until I finally just decided to put him in the tree and hope for the best. I am guessing he flew away because he disappeared about 15 minutes later. Weird.

3/20/12 - I have an armoire in my bedroom that was is loaded with craft stuff and totally unorganized. It was so bad that I almost couldn't open it without stuff falling out. So, I decided to organize it. I measured the back, went to Lowe's, had some peg board cut to fit, had David screw it in, and it looked much better...for about an hour. Then I had no where to put all of my stuff so I crammed it all back in. It is better, but still a work in progress. I took these progress pictures (forgot to take before pictures) with the intention of taking an after shot, but it still looks horrible so I will post a pic when it's finally done.

4/2/12 - We borrowed the movie, Up, from the V's and the kids LOVED it! Sarah watched it approximately 6 times in 2 days and cracked up at the talking dogs every time!
